$ 0.25 per each bed worked after a total of 8 beds has been achieved. De-leafing/deep cleaning: AEWR ($13.18/hour) plus $ 0.25 per each bed worked after a total of 3 beds have been achieved. Machine Harvest: Organic and Conventional: Fresh Market: AEWR ($13.18/hour) plus

$ 0.25 per each carton packed after 8 cartons per man hour based on daily production of crew. Freezer, Processor, Juice: AEWR ($13.18/hour) plus

$ 0.30 per carton after 5 cartons per man hour based on average daily production. 3/4 of the specified work period is guaranteed. Tools and equipment are provided at no cost to the worker. Free housing is provided to workers who cannot reasonably return to their permanent residence at the end of the work day. During the first pay period, the company will reimburse the worker for costs incurred by the worker for transportation and reasonable subsistence from the place from which the worker has come to work for the Company.
