Bruce Anders, son of Dean and Carol Anders

of Solvang and Jean Adams, of San Francisco, married Natalie Hayen, daughter of Tom and

Bea Hayen of Neebing, Ontario, Canada, on Saturday, July 25, 2009, at the Alisal Guest Ranch.

A dinner reception followed at the Alisal Ranch Grill.

The groom completed, with high honors, a

bachelor's degree at UCSB, and a master's degree at Sonoma State University. He currently teaches college literature and composition in Modesto.

The bride completed a bachelor's degree at the University of Minnesota, a master's degree at UCSB, and a law degree at Pepperdine University, graduating Order of the Coif. She recently completed a two-year clerkship for Judge Alan G. Lance Sr., at the U.S. Court of Appeals for

Veterans Claims in Washington, D.C. She is now employed in private practice.

The couple honeymooned in Victoria, British Columbia, and now live in Oakdale.
